The modern and comfortable Apartel with personal flair and an excellent location at the mere end of the promenade 100 m from small beach while in city center, in the new yachting area, offers an ideal starting point for your vacation or business trip.

Even though we are situated in the city center our location is peaceful. We are located on the peninsula Osejava, which is a nature park, optimal for walking, jogging and all kinds of recreation. The small beach is 100m away and mine Beach walking distace over the promenade by 5 to 10 minits Right next to us is the city sport center. It includes tennis courts, a boccia court, soccer and basketball fields. A path through the park Osejava leads to our neighbor village Tucepi; on this path one can find the beautiful beach Nugal. We are looking forward to welcome you! Our staff is very friendly and helpful.

Split is around 60 km away, and Split Airport is around 70 km away.||Renovated in 2017, this family-run, bright apartel is fully air-conditioned and welcomes guests in a lobby with hotel safe and lift access. Additional facilities at this charming city apartel include a restaurant/ café-bar( Tempera), WLAN Internet access, children playground and a beautiful terrace. Room service and a laundry service are also available. There are on-site parking facilities but these cannot be reserved in advance. Official parking is available for extra charge in the vicinity.

The Tempera restaurant offers breakfast,a la carte menu's, drinks and snacks.

All rooms are en suite with a bath and hairdryer. Additional facilities include a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, wifi, Internet access and a safe. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities is also provided, and individually regulated air conditioning/heating features as standard.
