• Residence Pineta Uno* surrounded by a lush pinewood, is located near Baja Sardinia, a short distance from the main beach and from the town centre, on the north east coast of Sardinia. Baja Sardinia is one of the most attractive areas of the Costa Smeralda, surrounded by beautiful beaches characterized by crystal clear waters and fine sand. La Maddalena archipelago can be easily reached, while Porto Cervo is about 4 km away. Olbia airport is about 35 kilometres away.

This small apartment complex consists of three buildings arranged over two levels, surrounded by evergreen pines. It offers comfortable apartments located about 300 metres from the beach and from the town centre. It includes a reception area for customers.

Nearby are a diving centre and a water park.

Pevero Golf Club is about 15 kilometres away.

An unattended car park is also available for guests.

Apartments

Residence Pineta Uno has different apartments, for a total of 13 apartments, including:

• Studio: attic apartments, consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and a terrace;

• 2 Bedrooms Apartment: consisting of a living room, a double bedroom, a room with two double beds or a bunk bed. On the ground floor, some arranged over two levels, with a furnished patio. On the first floor they have a balcony;

• 3 Bedrooms Apartment: arranged over two levels, they include a living room, a double bedroom, a twin room with single beds and a single bedroom. They have a patio or a terrace;

• 3 Bedrooms Apartment: consisting of a living room, a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one of which may have a bunk bed. They have a patio or a terrace.

All apartments are equipped with bathrooms with shower or a tub, a kitchenette in studio apartments and a kitchen in the other apartments, TV, dishwasher (except for studio apartments), a washing machine (except for studio apartments).

Three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

Some studios are arranged over two levels, connected by comfortable masonry stairs.
