• We are pleased to announce that we shall be changing some of our current restaurant concepts in order to enhance our guests’ experience at db San Antonio Hotel + Spa.

As from the 17^th^ March 2020, dBistro Restaurant will no longer serve as a Bistro.

Salia Restaurant will be our latest addition (replacing dBistro), bringing a new concept of All-inclusive Dining to our hotel. We will be serving an All-inclusive plated sharing set menu inclusive of a shared starter platter, Pizza, a selection of exquisite mains that include BBQ Ribs, Sirloin Steak amongst others and dessert in an indoor and outdoor setup overlooking the hotel's main pool.

Q-Zins Restaurant which operates during the summer months, will also change from a Maltese Buffet. This restaurant will now be the place you can savour a Carvery Roast Themed menu served in Buffet style situated on the Roof Top of our hotel. From delicious antipasti to various types of meat cuts to scrumptious desserts to wrap up a fantastic culinary experience.
